3. Services & Engagement

Service timelines, milestones, and outputs are communicated in the project proposal or Statement of Work (SOW). Timelines may change depending on revisions, client delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payments & Billing

All payments must be completed through approved methods.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
  • Work will not begin until payment is received.
  • Delayed payments may result in project pauses or termination.
  • Final deliverables are released only after full payment is made.

Third‑party purchases, such as hosting, plugins, fonts, or licenses, are the responsibility of the client unless agreed otherwise.

5. Revisions & Feedback

Each service includes a specific number of revisions, as listed in your plan or proposal. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
DesigneoHub requires timely feedback from clients. Delays in approvals or communication may affect delivery timelines but do not exempt payment obligations.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • You receive the rights to the final approved deliverables.
  • DesigneoHub retains rights to drafts, unused designs, internal files, or concepts not included in the final delivery.

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement prohibits it.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential:

  • Business information
  • Login credentials
  • Project details
  • Proprietary materials

However, DesigneoHub may store client communications or files internally for documentation and quality assurance.

8. Limitation of Liability

DesigneoHub is not responsible for:

  • Losses arising from third‑party tools, hosting providers, or plugins.
  • Downtime caused by hosting, maintenance, DNS changes, or external platforms.
  • Business or revenue losses resulting from delays, revisions, or client-side errors.

Our total liability will never exceed the amount paid by the client for the service.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
In cases of termination:

  • All completed work must be paid for.
  • No refunds will be issued for stages already completed.
  • Access to staging links or design files may be revoked if payment obligations are unmet.

10. Third‑Party Links & Tools

Our website or service delivery may include links to third‑party websites or tools. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, reliability, or security. Clients must review third‑party policies independently.

11. Policy Updates

DesigneoHub may revise these Terms as needed. Updated versions will be posted online with a new “Last Updated” date. Continuing to use our services means you accept the newest version of the Terms.
