This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations, project adjustments, and refund requests may be accepted. Our goal is to maintain fairness for both parties and ensure that every project is treated with professionalism and respect. By engaging in our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described below.

1. Service Initiation & Project Approval

All projects begin only after receiving:

  • Written confirmation from the client
  • Required project details, content, or brand assets
  • Initial deposit or full payment, depending on the service plan
    Once a project is officially initiated, our team allocates time, resources, and expertise toward your work. Because of this commitment, any cancellations or changes must follow the guidelines listed in this policy.

2. Cancellation by the Client

Clients may request a cancellation at any stage of the project. However, the refund eligibility depends on the phase of work completed:

a. Cancellation before project work begins

If the client cancels before our team starts working, they may request a refund. Administrative and processing fees (typically 10–20% of the amount paid) may be deducted from the refund.

b. Cancellation after work has started

Once any portion of the project work has begun—such as research, planning, designing, wireframing, content drafting, or development—refunds may be partial or unavailable, depending on the percentage of work completed.
DesigneoHub reserves the right to determine refund eligibility based on time invested, resources allocated, and work delivered up to the cancellation date.

c. Cancellation after project milestone delivery

If one or more milestones (ex: first draft, initial design, website structure, content outline) have been completed and delivered, the client may not be eligible for a refund. All delivered work remains the intellectual property of DesigneoHub until the project is fully paid for.

3. Non‑Refundable Items

The following services are strictly non‑refundable due to their nature:

  • Customized web design drafts
  • Branding assets or logo concepts
  • Completed content writing
  • SEO optimization work already implemented
  • Strategy consulting sessions
  • Rush or priority-based services
  • Third‑party purchases made on your behalf (hosting, plugins, images, fonts, themes, etc.)

Any expenses paid by DesigneoHub to third-party vendors cannot be refunded under any circumstance.

4. Project Delays Caused by Clients

If project delays occur due to the client’s unresponsiveness, incomplete materials, or missing approvals, no refunds will be issued. DesigneoHub reserves the right to pause or cancel a project if communication remains inactive for an extended period (typically 14–30 days).

5. Quality Assurance & Revision Requests

We are committed to delivering high‑quality results. Clients are entitled to the number of revisions specified in their service plan. Revision requests beyond the included limit may incur additional charges.
Refunds will not be issued due to change of mind, preference changes, or subjective dissatisfaction after approved drafts or completed stages.

6. Cancellation by DesigneoHub

In rare cases where DesigneoHub must cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances, a fair refund will be issued based on the remaining work not completed. Any finished deliverables will be provided to the client at no additional cost.

7. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, clients must submit:

  • A written request via email
  • Project details (name, date, service purchased)
  • Reason for cancellation
    Our team will review the request within 3–5 business days and provide a written response with the outcome.
